Residences at St. Andrew’s Wesley

Through a Density Transfer from the adjacent historical St. Andrews-Wesley Church site, a major highrise market rental  project was developed as an investment vehicle for the church to support their community programs and ongoing upkeep of the heritage church structure.

With an overall area of 160, 000 sq ft., this 22 storey tower integrates 200 residential suites, 6 three storey townhouses, and approx. 3,600 sq ft. of office/retail on the first two floors. Underground parking for over 200 cars is provided.

Major exterior materials are brick and glass, with a liberal use of stone. The architectural concept ties in with the adjoining church.

Designed by Kirkor Architects in Toronto, Chandler Associates were responsible for construction services, overseeing coordination of all subconsultants and managing all construction-related issues.

The project was completed in July 2002.
